Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Shoppe opened its doors
October 7, 1995 in the heart of California’s San Joaquin
Valley. Originally located in Fresno's Fig Garden Village,
Ounce of Prevention's new home as of July 2009 is the
Opus I Shopping Center, located on northwest corner of
Palm & Bullard Avenues in Fresno.

Ounce of Prevention provides its customers with
exceptional nutritional products at fair, competitive prices.
Whether your needs are for vitamins, minerals, herbs,
aromatherapy, homeopathic remedies, skin care, teas or
literature, Ounce of Prevention will provide you with the
best products available today.

In addition to carrying the best products available, Ounce
of Prevention is committed to providing its customers with
the best in uncompromised service.

Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Shoppe is owned and
operated by Jeff and Diane House. Diane, having
previously worked for a national nutritional supplement
corporation, brings her 30 years of experience in the
supplement field to Ounce of Prevention. She supervises
the daily operations and manages Ounce of Prevention's
physical store. Jeff is a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) who,
along with Diane, oversees the daily operations of Ounce
of Prevention. Jeff also maintains a private practice of
chiropractic and is currently on the faculty of a local
college.
