Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Shoppe is owned and operated by Dr. Jeffrey House and his wife, Diane. Diane, having previously worked for a national nutritional supplement corporation, brings her 26 years of experience in the supplement field to Ounce of Prevention. She supervises the daily operations and manages Ounce of Prevention's physical store. Jeff is a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) who, along with Diane, oversees the daily operations of Ounce of Prevention and additionally administers Ounce of Prevention's web site. Jeff also maintains a private practice of chiropractic and is currently on the faculty of a local college, teaching nutrition to students entering the field of health care.
