Printed Catalog...
At this time we do not have a printed catalog. One of the tremendous advantages of a website is the ability to update and make corrections on a daily basis. This is simply not the case with a printed catalog. Production costs, i.e., printing, designing, materials, etc., for a catalog are quite expensive and prohibitive. Additionally, once a catalog is printed, it is impossible to update and/or make corrections. In reality, a catalog could be out-of-date and obsolete the day it is printed. For this reason, we have elected to not produce a printed catalog and focus our financial resources, time and energy on a media that can be accurately updated and/or corrected on a regular basis... this website.

We do not sell products wholesale. Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Shoppe is solely involved in retail sales.

Although we welcome your questions and comments, please realize that Ounce of Prevention Nutrition Shoppe is involved in the retail sales of nutritional and related products. For this reason, we ask that questions and comments be limited to the area of retail sales of our products, such as product availability, available sizes, etc. 

International Shipping...
Our international shipping is currently based on a "per case" basis, with the exception of U.S. territories and APO and FPO addresses. Shipping expenses for non-USA destined orders are based on the weight of the package being shipped as set by the United States Postal Service for their Airmail delivery service. Ounce of Prevention does not charge any additional shipping fees and does not charge any handling fees.

800 Number...
At this time we do not maintain an 800 number. The reason is two-fold... First, we really do want to encourage our web customers to use email. It's quick, easy, inexpensive, and available to you 24 hours a day. Second, we at one time did have an 800 number and interestingly, it was not utilized much by our customers; however, it was GREATLY utilized by sales folks trying to sell us something! Shipping & Handling...
Ounce of Prevention utilizes Priority Mail, provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS), for all orders shipped within the United States and its territories, and APO and FPO addresses. Shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of the order as charged by the USPS. Ounce of Prevention does not charge any additional shipping fees and does not charge any handling fees.
