How To Order
Ordering from Ounce of Prevention couldn't be easier! Simply follow our
"Shop Online" link, located on our Home Page, until you've located the desired
product, make a selection (size, strength, etc.) from the "Choices" window and
click the "Add To Your Shopping Cart" graphic. Each time you place an item in
your shopping cart you will be shown what is currently in your cart. You may make changes
to your cart contents at any time prior to submitting your order. Ordering
is so easy that these instructions are, for the most part, unnecessary. However, just in
case you have difficulty, we're just an email away!
Payment Options
Ounce of Prevention currently accepts a variety of payment methods.
Each is explained in detail below. You will also find valuable information about our
shipping policies and procedures.
- Credit Card: Ounce of Prevention accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may order with your credit card online using our secure server or if you prefer, you may fax or mail us your credit card information. Ordering using our secure server provides you with the quickest turnaround time regarding delivery of your products. In most cases, online credit card orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours. Each credit card ordering option as discussed above is available from a selection list, complete with instructions, upon checkout.
- Personal Check: Ounce of Prevention currently accepts personal checks for the amount of purchase plus shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Upon checkout, select our "Check Through Postal Mail" option if you choose to utilize this payment method and follow the instructions for successful submission of your order and payment.
- Money Order: Ounce of Prevention currently accepts money orders for the amount of purchase plus shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Upon checkout, select our "Check Through Postal Mail" option if you choose to utilize this payment method and follow the instructions for successful submission of your order and payment.
- Cashier's Check: Ounce of Prevention currently accepts cashier's checks for the amount of purchase plus shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Upon checkout, select our "Check Through Postal Mail" option if you choose to utilize this payment method and follow the instructions for successful submission of your order and payment.
Shipping Options & Expenses: USA Destinations
Ounce of Prevention utilizes Priority Mail, provided by the
United States Postal
Service (USPS), for all orders shipped within the United States and its territories, and
APO and FPO addresses. Shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of the order as
charged by the USPS. Ounce of Prevention does
not charge any additional shipping fees and does not charge any handling
fees.
Shipping
Policies, Options & Expenses: Non-USA Destinations
Our international shipping is currently
based on a "per case" basis, with the exception of U.S.
territories and APO and FPO addresses (see below). Prior to placing an
international order, please email us at International@ounceofprevention.com
for pre-approval. Shipping expenses for non-USA destined orders are based on the
weight of the package being shipped as set by the United States Postal
Service for their Airmail delivery service. Ounce
of Prevention does not charge any additional shipping fees and does not
charge any handling fees.

Options & Expenses: APO and FPO Addresses
Ounce of Prevention utilizes Priority Mail, provided by the
United States
Postal Service (USPS), for all orders shipped to APO and FPO
addresses.
Shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of the order as charged by
the USPS. Ounce of
Prevention does not charge any additional shipping fees and does not
charge any handling fees.
When To
Expect Your Order
All in stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hours following successful processing and/or
bank clearance of your applicable payment method. In the event an item is temporarily out
of stock, we will ship the item usually within 24 hours following both our receiving the item from
our supplier and successful processing and/or bank clearance of your applicable payment
method. We will NOT process your payment until we have your item in stock and are ready to
ship. Most out of stock items are obtainable by Ounce of Prevention within seven (7) days.
In the event we believe your order will be delayed past seven (7) days, we will notify you
via email of this delay and we will ship your order upon our receiving the item from our
supplier as stated above unless we receive instructions from you regarding your
order.
Verifying Appropriateness of an Order
At Ounce of Prevention, we believe in and encourage responsible use of nutritional
products. Some nutritional products may prove harmful if misused and/or abused. For this
reason, we reserve the right to verify the appropriateness of any order placed with Ounce
of Prevention. We additionally reserve the right to refuse to process any order placed
with Ounce of Prevention if we believe the appropriateness of the order to be
questionable. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products
available and to encourage safe use of these products.
